Real Housewives of Orange County's Vicki Gunvalson looks set to be a grandmother for the first time.
Her daughter Briana, who eloped in Las Vegas last year, is said to be expecting her first child.
The 24-year-old nurse, who also appears on the show, shocked her mother by secretly tying the knot with her military boyfriend Ryan Culberson last October.
'When she told me she and Ryan had got married in Vegas I felt like I was in a dream, or more like a nightmare,' she wrote on her Bravo blog earlier this month.
'I had only met Ryan one time before and that was before he went on duty.'
The businesswoman thought her daughter may have rushed into marrying Ryan because she was vulnerable after undergoing thyroid surgery last year after a cancer scare.
When Vicki announced her Brianna's marriage to her Real Housewives friends on the show, she recoiled when some suggested her daughter might be pregnant.
'I'm not ready to be a grandmother just yet,' she said on screen.
But sources tell Us Weekly that Vicki is now 'very excited' about the baby news.
Briana is Vicki's daughter from her first marriage to Michael Wolfsmith. They also have a son Michael, 25.
Vicki divorced her second husband Donn in 2010 and she is now in a relationship with Brooks Ayers.
