Lily Cooper, nee Allen, has ventured out for a date night in London with husband Sam Cooper for the first time since the couple became parents.
Lily, 26, and Sam, 34, enjoyed a rare night off from nappy duty and travelled into the city from their country home for dinner.

The couple were in great spirits after their meal, smiling contentedly as they were whisked away in a car.
Lily wore a flouncy black frock, and despite the warm spring evening, covered up in black opaque tights and fur jacket.
It is the first time the singer has been pictured out since the birth of daughter Ethel Mary in November
Lily gave birth to Ethel Mary on November 25, five months after her romantic Gloucestershire wedding to Cooper last June.
The couple began dating in July 2009 and tragically lost their first child, a boy, when Lily was six months pregnant in November 2010.
