SIms looked gorgeous and in great shape as she arrived at the 2012 Unicef Playlist with the A-List at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles, yesterday.
The former Sports Illustrated model looked amazing in a long brown dress that clung to her body as she hit the red carpet.
Molly kept things simple in the low-cut dress and wore her blonde hair down and accessorised with a long gold necklace with a large leaf shaped pendant.The model, who is expecting her first child with husband Scott Stuber, also wore a pair of purple heels and was seen cradling her bump.
Sims had tweeted earlier in the day about her excitement for the charity event. She said: 'TONIGHT is the night! Come see ME bust out some karaoke w/friends for @UNICEFUSA! #UNICEFplaylist'.
Although she was nervous about performing, Molly took to the stage and belted out Madonna song Papa Don't Preach in front of the celebrity filled audience.
The event was billed as an outrageously fun, irreverently outlandish night of live celebrity musical performances.
Guests were also promised karaoke numbers courtesy of Kristen Bell and Don Cheadle, James Denton and Kyle MacLachlan and UNICEF Ambassador and LA Lakers basketball star Pau Gaso
