Snooki is Pregnant

Oh God, it's true. Well, we all knew it anyway. Hollywood can never keep a secret. 

She tells the magazine: 'I have different priorities now. I don't care what anybody else thinks. As long as I know I'm ready and he's ready.'

Jionni added: 'We are not going to screw this up.'

Snooki also said she won't be filming any more Jersey Shore this summer, adding: 'If anything, I’ll visit the shore.

'I’m not living in that house being pregnant. I don’t want to be one of those moms who’s pregnant in a club. It’s disgusting.'

An MTV spokesperson told People.com that no decision has been made as yet about a sixth season of the show.

The spokesperson said: 'We wish Nicole a healthy and happy pregnancy and congratulate her on her engagement. 

'We support her as she starts this new chapter of her life.'

Snooki revealed to the magazine that she and Jionni first found out she was expecting just after New Year's Eve.

And the pretty brunette said she was terrified that her consumption of alcohol might have harmed the baby.

Asked what her first thought was after finding out she was pregnant, Snook replied: '"S**t, I've been drinking!" 

'I was worried. It was New Year's Eve and we were in Vegas, so I did go crazy.'

The reality TV star also explained the reasons behind keeping the pregnancy a secret, despite months of speculation.

She said: 'I wanted to make sure the baby is OK. Things can go wrong, like a miscarriage. It was my business, and I wasn’t ready to tell.'

Ok, first of all, it frightens me a bit that we are due at the same time, and that I found out on New Year's Day. I prefer to have as little in common with Snooki as possible. However, I commend her for settling down and being responsible. A baby can change everything for the better. I also respect her decision to not tell everyone right away. Everyone deserves that privacy. Good luck Snooki and congrats.
