Selma Blair insists she will never apologise for feeding her son Arthur in the public eye, nor should she.
The 39-year-old actress believes that if her eight-month-old baby is hungry, there is nothing more important to her than feeding him - regardless of where she is at the time.
She said: 'The only time he cries is if he’s hungry. We all have nipples. I don’t care who I offend; my baby wants to eat. If I can’t get a cover over me quick enough, so be it.'
Selma also revealed that she is 'really obsessed' with her little boy, her first child with partner Jason Bleick.
She told PEOPLE.com: 'I never want to leave his side. I’m one of those hovering mothers and I know it’s really important to have an independent child, so I’m trying to back off, but it’s hard.I love him so much, and he’s so funny and cute to me.'

However, The Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel previously said she was against breastfeeding anywhere other than a private area. 'I think you should find a corner, or there is always a back room, I just think it makes other people uncomfortable. Definitely breastfeed and do things your own way, but in that one way, I would keep it a little bit private. Whipping out your boob at the dinner table is a good diet tip for everyone else.'

In 2010, Kim Kardashian caused controversy when she wrote on her Twitter page that she was put off her meal by a woman breastfeeding next to her. She tweeted: 'EWW Im at lunch,the woman at the table next 2 me is breast feeding her baby w no coverup then puts baby on the table and changes her diaper.' Kim later attempted to backtrack over the comment, adding: 'Misunderstood tweet-The woman had her boobs out at restraunt yest feeding then laid her on table and changed her w the food there.Unsanitary.' She later added: 'My sister breast feeds! Its a natural beautiful thing, there’s nothing wrong w it, but she covers herself, not w her boobs exposed.'
Kim is an idiot, so I'm not surprised that she's offended. Quite frankly, I'm offended by Kim's boobs being thrust in my face everyday.
