The actress was seen out in Los Angeles earlier today and her sheer T-shirt appeared to give away the first hint of her baby bump.
Drew, 37, was seen out with a friend doing a spot of grocery shopping and was dressed in a loose-fitting navy T-shirt and a pair of black jeans.
It certainly looked like the actress had a small round stomach underneath the see-through shirt.
Drew, who was spotted with a sonogram earlier this year, is said to be planning her wedding to fiancé Will Koperman this summer.
A source told UsWeekly magazine that the actress ‘she wants to get married before the baby comes, but doesn't want to be a huge’
