The first two official images of the two-week-old tot has been released after the actress posted it to her website.
Luca bears a striking resemblance to his 24-year-old mother and appears to have her grey-blue eyes, as well as the same shaped nose.
The Lizzie McGuire actress posted the sweet photo to her website along with the caption: 'Baby Luca, 2 weeks old :)'.
Later it Hilary posted another shot, this time a close-up and noted: 'Oh no! The flood gates have opened! Proud mamma on the loose! i can't help myself'.
Yesterday she shared an image just showing Luca's tiny feet to her followers on Twitter.
In a short and sweet update, she said: 'My favourite little feet.'
The snap comes as the actress admitted to her fans she has been finding it a struggle to get back into shape after having son Luca last month.
The star tweeted: '20 minutes on the elliptical seems like an eternity!!! What the hell...'

The former Disney star has also been sharing jokes with her fans about her current shape.
After one of her followers congratulated her on looking so great less than two weeks after giving birth, she wrote: 'You should have seen what I looked like last week.
'Eek surprised I still have a husband!! It was time to throw them heels on ;) guurl.'

She wrote of stepping out for the first time after Luca's birth March 27: '1st outing complete with no tears! Made it home early...just in time to feed Luca. figuring this motherhood thing out! Yay!'
