She made the most of her Easter weekend, taking some time out of her hectic schedule to spend it with her family, but despite being heavily pregnant with her second child, Kourtney Kardashian threw herself back into work today.
And she did it in style. Well, almost.
The reality TV star showed how much of a slave to fashion she is, opting to wear towering Christian Louboutins instead of sensible flats and definitely paid the price.
As she tried to navigate some steps at Bryant Park in New York, the 32-year-old almost tripped and had to be helped by members of the public.
She was spotted pulling a hilarious face as she felt herself wavering.
Kourtney had been heading to a PR event and had earlier taped a television interview in Fox & Friends.
She paired her black suede shows with a glamorous floaty red dress.
Her glossy black hair styled to perfection earlier today.
She slicked on some lipgloss and ensured she was alert as she carried a coffee to the studios to promote the new Windows phone.
She wrote on Twitter; 'Watch me on @foxandfriends with my new windows phone!'
And after the show she had more promotional work to do and added: 'Heading to NYC’s Bryant Park at 11:30am with @windowsphone to free up time in one busy person’s day! #FreeTimeMachine.'
But she did manage to get some down time with her partner Scott Disick and their two-year-old son Mason over the weekend.
The trio were spotted running some errands as she went for a more casual number in leggings, a baggy sweater and flat boots.
And she was also seen attending church on Easter Sunday with her entire family in tow.
Although she only had a small break as she switched back into TV mood for her appearance on Monday morning.
During the chat she was grilled over her sister Kim Kardashian's rumoured romance with rapper Kanye West.
When she was asked about the relationship she coyly joked: 'He has a 'K'!'
The comment was made in reference to the fact the majority of their family have names beginning with the letter.
But she refused to embellish any further whether they were an item, despite Kim being spotted with Kanye several times recently.
After a bit more digging she then just commented that they were 'definitely friends' and added: 'Who knows?'
