She hit the headlines last month when the father of her three-year-old son Henry was revealed for the first time.
But Minnie Driver didn't seem to have a care in the world earlier today, as she happily frolicked in the Caribbean with her model boyfriend Matthew Felker and the blonde curly-haired youngster.
The actress was displaying an enviable bikini figure in a striped bikini top and black bikini bottoms as she took a dip in the ocean.
The 42-year-old showed off a toned set of arms and legs as she played with the cute youngster in the surf.
A tattoo of a rose was also visible on her upper hip as she paddled in the warm sea.
Driver has been dating 31-year-old Felker for several months now, and the pair seemed to be enjoying spending time together, despite their ten year age gap.
The fair haired model-turned producer, who appeared in Britney Spears video Toxic back in 2004, showed off a particularly toned torso in a tight pair of black swimming trunks.
He later changed into a pair of brightly patterned swimming shorts and tied a bandanna over his hair, while Driver wrapped her arm around him.
Driver had been notoriously secretive about Henry's father when she first announced her pregnancy, but recently became more relaxed about her little boy, recently telling The Observer magazine: ‘I don’t need to protect him any more. He can fend for himself. He’s a grown-up.’
Henry's father was then revealed to be Timothy J Lea, 52, co-producer of Driver's TV drama The Riches, as well as hit shows CSI New York and Law and Order.
Driver dated him for a short time before they split up. On Henry’s publicly-available birth certificate, the mother’s name is registered as Amelia Minnie Driver, her full name, and the father as Timothy Jonathan Lea, born in Dunbartonshire, Scotland.
Lea was brought up in Australia and moved to America where he graduated from high school in Stamford, Connecticut.
Driver said of her decision to keep his identity a secret: ‘We weren’t together and he wasn’t directly in the business, so I chose to protect him and not have a rain of publicity. He’s not famous. There’s no big story.’
Despite splitting up with Henry’s father before he was born, Driver said she had coped well with being a single working mother: ‘I had good friends around me, so it was sort of hilarious.'
Driver had previously said of him: ‘Our relationship was very complicated and private, and I honestly didn’t want to have to talk about it. I didn’t want people coming up to him... and raising eyebrows.’
